ABOUT ME
So, what brings me here? Honestly, I just love writing.
I discovered I’m autistic about a year ago, and that sent me down a path of embracing the things that truly make me happy. I used to love playing football, but my body has other ideas now. These days my passions are writing, watching Doctor Who, and building LEGO, which feels like a perfectly balanced life. If you ignore the need to eat, sleep and work of course!
I’m a child of the 90's who grew up listening to girl bands and boy bands whilst having my head shoved in a Point Horror book. One day I would love to write a young adult horror novel, or three. Ideas are constantly mulling around in my brain, and it is just a case of getting them onto the page. Easier said than done.
What else can I tell you? The world breaks my heart at the moment. The racism, the pollution, the greed. I despise it. Writing helps me escape that a little.
I originally wanted to set a site up to review the modern era of Doctor Who, but as my special interests grow, so has the scope of this. I will revisit modern Who from the very beginning, along with its many spin-offs. Classic Who might come later, but I only have so many hours in the day.
Writing about Doctor Who has become a kind of therapy for me, so you will find plenty of FanFiction here. A word of warning, it generally gets smutty! I am sure the Doctor and their companions get up to all sorts when they are not on prime time BBC.
